Twitch does not expose an API to create or edit Bits Custom Power-Ups; this checkbox controls only whether the bot handles the existing Video Song Request Power-Up.

Bits Custom Power-Ups can be inspected and tested, but Twitch's documented Helix API does not expose a Power-Up enable/disable mutation. Disabled or paused Power-Ups must be corrected in Creator Dashboard.

Individual redemption tests

Each Channel Points redeem and supported Bits Power-Up has its own test card and live result status.

Dry run is selected by default. It checks media resolution or action availability without spending points/Bits, changing the queue/player, or sending chat. Turning off Dry run executes the real handler path and can change playback, queue state, votes, or public chat.

Test viewer input

Used by Song Request, Free Video Song Request, and Video Song Request Power-Up. Enter a YouTube video ID, URL, or search phrase.

This mode applies to every card. Disable it only when you intentionally want to execute a redemption handler.

OBS WebSocket connection

Connect the deployer to OBS on the streaming PC. OBS WebSocket v5 uses port 4455 by default.

In OBS, enable Tools → WebSocket Server Settings and set a password. Allow inbound TCP from the NAS to the OBS PC on the configured port. Enter the host, port and password here and click Save OBS settings first; then use Test connection and Load browser sources to choose your overlay source. Keep this connection on your trusted LAN; do not expose OBS WebSocket to the internet.

When enabled, the watchdog reconnects after an unexpected stream drop (after 30 seconds) and completes scheduled or manual restarts. When disabled, it leaves the stream stopped.

The watchdog uses OBS-reported stream output duration. With automatic reconnects enabled, it reconnects after an unexpected stream stop and performs scheduled restarts; the live-stream button offers Restart Stream. With automatic reconnects disabled, it leaves a stopped stream offline and the live-stream button offers End Stream.
